If we recommend you meet with an individual, we have interviewed the candidate ourselves and thoroughly assessed his or her background and experience. We present each candidate to you with not only their CV, but also our detailed assessment of his or her candidacy. Feedback on your competition and industry Do you know what your competitors are paying their executives? Do you know what is happening inside their organizations? After speaking with hundreds of potential candidates within your industry, we have an up-to-the-minute, privileged overview of the marketplace. Every other search firm overlooks the value this data can have for their clients; we take the time to share this information. We guarantee our work If the candidate we place does not work out within one year of our placing him or her, we will conduct another search for you for free, charging only for expenses incurred, which are typically quite minimal.
